含铜高硅铸铁的组织与性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用多种试验方法研究了Cu对高硅铸铁的组织与性能的影响。结果表明,在STSi15高硅铸铁中添加7%Cu,可使石墨呈细小花瓣状,并在晶界上有富Cu新相析出,从而可降低高硅铸铁的硬度,提高其塑性,对耐蚀性能也有明显改善。 Several kinds of test methods are applied to investigate the microstructure and properties of containingCu high silicon cast iron. Experimental results show that STSi15 high silicon cast iron containing 7%Cu can allows thegraphite become small petal shape , and there is new precipitated phase of rich copper in intercrystalline.Thus lowerhardness and higher plasticity of high-silicon cast iron can be obtained ,and the corrosion resistance can be obviously im-proved.[
