摘要
一种通过气流加固的高产新型粗纱可作为环锭细纱生产的前道。这种粗纱的结构不同于具有真捻的传统翼锭粗纱,因而有必要根据不同的纤维材料,对影响纱线品质和运转稳定性的环锭细纱机牵伸参数进行分析,并有针对性地进行优化和广泛的测试验证。
A new kind of high-producing roving reinforced with airflow could be used in ring spinning process. Its structure was different from traditional twisted flyer roving, so it was necessary to analyze ring spinning drafting parameters which would influence the yarn quality and run stability according to different fibers, then optimized them relevantly and confirmed widely.
