摘要
通过成分调整与工艺改进,成功地研制出改良型的3004-y_3易拉罐罐身材料,影响罐身材料性能的主要因素是各种工艺参数必须最佳配合,采用最终控制精轧加工率的方法可以获取制耳率低、成形耐压强度高的罐体。
Modified 3004-y_3 material for can body is sucessly developed through regulation of alloy composition and improvement of production process. Various process parameters are proved to the major factors influencing the properties of the material and thus must be best compatible with each other.By controlling the reduction of the finishing rolling, the material for can body can achieve properties such as low earing ratio and high resistance to pressure applied on the can body.
