加热器碳钢管内插式探头涡流探伤试验 被引量:1

TEST FOR EDDY CURRENT EXAMINATION OF HEAT EXCHANGER CARBON STEEL TUBES WITH INNER COILS

摘要 用内插式探头磁化涡流和远场涡流检测技术对8个电厂48台加热器碳钢管进行了检测,试验结果表明,磁化涡流对碳钢管通孔和内壁缺陷检测灵敏度较高,对外壁缺陷检测灵敏度较低,容易区分内外壁缺陷;远场涡流对碳钢管通孔检测灵敏度较低,对内外壁缺陷检测灵敏度较高,但难以区分内外壁缺陷。 Carbon steel tubes of forty-eight heat exchangers in eight power plants were inspected by magnetic eddy current technique (MECT) and remote-field eddy current technique (RFECT) with inner coils. Test results showed that MECT had higher sensitivity for through hole and inside defect, but lower sensitivity for outside de-fect. It was easy to discriminate between inside defect and outside defect. RFECT had higher sensitivity for both inside and outside defects, but lower sensitivity for through hole. It was difficult to discriminate between inside de-fect and outside defect.
