摘要
本文采用铋、稀土、75%Si—Fe复合孕育的球铁与单独使用稀土镁球铁对比,在实验室条件下,研究了铋对稀土镁球铁金相组织和机械性能的影响。微量仪的加入,可以增加球铁单位面积的石墨球数,减小石墨球的直径,抑制碳化物生长,明显地提高球铁的冲击韧性和塑性。
The 75%Si-Fe plus Bi and REcompounded modifier and RE-magnesium aer usedto treat nodular iron. The effects of bismuth on the microstructure and mechanical properties ofRE-Magnesium nodular iron are comprehensively studied in the laboratory. The results showthat the Introduction of the trace element Bi into nodular iron increase of the number of graphitespheres on per unit area in nodular iron,decrease hte diameter of the graphite spheres,an f controlthe griwth of carbides,and greatly enhance the toughness and plasticity of nodular iron.
