摘要
采用水热合成法制备HY/BAP0-5复合分子筛催化剂,并通过XRD、IR和NH_3-TPD进行表征。IR吸附和NH_3-TPD脱附程序升温显示,HY/BAPO-5分子筛的弱酸位数量增加,而强酸位数量相对减少。XRD表明,HY/BAPO-5含有HY沸石和BAPO-5两种晶相。由于HY/BAPO-5分子筛上的弱酸位,HY/BAPO-5分子筛可以取代H_2SO_4成为环境友好型催化剂用于苯乙烯和二甲苯合成二芳基乙烷。
HY/BAPO-5 composite molecular sieve catalyst with core-shell structure was synthesized using hydrothermal method by one-step crystallization and characterized by means of XRD, IR and NH3-TPD. IR spectra and NH3-TPD results indicated that the weak acid sites and the strong acid sites of HY/BAPO-5 molecular sieve were increased and decreased, respectively. XRD patterns showed that HY/BAPO-5 simultaneously possessed the crystal phases of HY zeolite and BAPO-5 molecular sieve. Therefore, HY/BAPO-5 could replace H2SO4 as an environmentally benign catalyst for synthesis of 1-phenyl-1-xylylethane from styrene and dimethylbenzene due to its weak acid sites on the surface of HY/BAPO-5 molecular sieves.
