摘要 合成了绿色杂多酸盐催化剂磷钨酸铝,将苯甲醛(环己酮)和乙二醇的缩合反应作为探针反应,对催化剂的催化活性进行评价。研究了催化剂用量、醛醇物质的量比、反应时间和带水剂用量等因素对收率的影响,结果表明,在醛(酮)为0.2 mol、n[醛(酮)]∶n(醇)=1.0∶1.5、催化剂用量0.6g、带水剂环己烷用量18mL和一定温度下回流反应2.0 h,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率达88.76%,环己酮乙二醇缩酮收率达87.12%。磷钨酸铝具有较好的稳定性,重复使用4次,仍保持较高催化活性。 Aluminum phosphotungstate catalyst was prepared and its catalytic properties were studied using the synthesis of benzaldehyde glycol acetal and cyelohexanone glycol ketal as the probe reaction. The influence of catalyst dosage, molar ratio of aldehyde to alcohol, reaction time and the amount of water carrying agent on the yield was investigated. The results showed that the yields of benzaldehyde glycol acetal and cyclohexanone glycol ketal were 88.76% and 87.12% ,respectively,under the optimum condition as follows: aldehyde or ketone 0.2 tool, n [ aldehyde (ketone) ] : n (alcohol) = 1.0: 1.5, catalyst dosage 0.6 g, the amount of water carrying agent cyclohexane 18 mL, reflux reaction for 2.0 h at a certain temperature. Aluminum phosphotungstate had well stability and higher catalytic activities after repeated use for 4 times.
