分子筛负载V_2 O_5催化剂在NH_3选择还原Nox反应中的性能 被引量:1

摘要 以分子筛为载体,采用低温浸渍法制备负载V_2O_5催化剂。采用XRD、FT-IR和SEM等手段对催化剂进行表征,并在固定床微型反应器中对催化剂活性进行评价。结果表明,以PSRY为载体的V_2O_5/PSRY催化剂活性较好,金属助剂Cu(Cu与V物质的量比为0.1)的加入使V_2O_5/PSRY催化剂活性提高,T(85)为231℃。 V2O5 supported catalysts using different zeolites as the carriers were prepared by low-temperature impregnation method and characterized by XRD, FT-IR and SEM. The performance of the catalysts was evaluated in fixed bed microreactor. The results showed that V2O5/PSRY catalyst exhibited better catalytic activity; with the addition of Cu (Cu/V molar ratio of 0.1 ), the catalytic activity of V2O5/PSRY catalyst was obviously enhanced and T85 was 231 ℃.
