摘要
可控气氛箱式炉的质量管理,首先要建立包含各类制度、规范的全面的管理程序。在此基础上,加强零件生产过程中各道工序质量的控制,达到对生产过程中产品质量的即时控制的目的,建立关键产品特性—渗碳层深度—的控制图表,结合生产过程的记录资料,对生产过程中出现的异常、不符合数理统计规律等现象进行分析,采取有效措施,消除偏差,达到对将要生产的零件质量预防控制的目的,使产品质量稳定受控。
As for the quality management of controlled atmosphere box furnaces,the overall management procedure should first be set up which includes various rules,regulations and standards. Based on this procedure,the quality control of each working operation in production will be strengthened so that the product quality in production will therefore be controlled instantly. The product quality will remain stable and controlled through setting up carburized depth control chart of key products as well as analyzing abnormal phenomena in production which do not accord with mathematical statistical regulation in the light of the records in production,adopting effective measures and eliminating deviations so as to control the quality of parts to be manufactured.
