摘要
用热力学及非平衡动力学理论研究了Fe含量对快速凝固铝铁高温合金的显微组织及快凝过程的影响机制。结果表明:随着铁含量的增加,快凝条带中的微胞晶区(ZoneA)体积分数呈下降趋势;由于合金中存在初生相,从动力学上减弱了合金的过冷及凝固速度。
Non equilibrium thermodynamics and kinetics were applied to the study of effect of iron contents on the microstructure evolution and solidification process of rapidly quenched Al Fe alloys. It was shown that the volume fractions of Zone A structure decrease with the increasing of iron contents. Because of the appearance of primary phase in the alloy studied, the undercooling and growth rate are reduced after introducing iron in aluminum alloys.
