腮腺B细胞淋巴瘤误诊为感染2例分析
摘要
例1男．59岁，因左腮腺区渐增性包块伴疼痛6月余入院。疼痛为持续性，火灼感，于当地医院诊断为腮腺脓肿．抗感染治疗，湿敷中草药1月余，症状未缓解。入我院10d前包块迅速增大，疼痛剧烈。专科检查：左面部明显肿胀．皮温稍高，皮面紧张，左侧腮腺区耳前至耳垂下区可触及约8cm×5cm×4cm肿物，不活动，质地中等，自发痛及压痛明显，左侧鼻唇沟较对侧稍浅。
