This paper discusses the concept of ecological energy saving in buildings, and reveals the content of life cycle cost. It mainly cites the concept of green GDP, and divides the evaluation index into incremental cost index and incremental efficiency indicator using the difference comparison method. The paper establishes a comprehensive dynamic evaluation on economy and in such a way, buildings can be more fully reflected in the aspects of economic, social, environmental and human performance. Thus, it is helpful to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
