摘要
文章结合黑龙江省中小企业实际情况,建立科学的技术创新能力评价体系,在运用AHP法确定各指标权重的基础上,对黑龙江省中小企业技术创新能力进行模糊综合评价,为政府制订相关政策及企业确定技术创新战略提供了一定的客观依据。
According to the character of medium-sized and small enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, the scientific evaluation index system of technical innovation ability is set up. AHP method is used to fix on weight of indexes, then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on technical innovation ability of medium-sized and small enterprises in Heilongjiang Province is made, which is help for government to make correct policy and for enterprises to make appropriate innovation strategy.
