基于低碳经济的金融体系的构建

The Construction of the Financial System Based on a Low-Carbon Economy

文章简要概括了低碳经济的概念、由来,指出虽然低碳经济的发展有赖于"低碳技术"的突破,但更离不开"低碳金融"的支持。与传统经济相比,低碳经济对金融有更加严格的资本密集要求、技术创新要求、环境互动要求、产业合作要求与国家政策扶持要求等新的特点。据此,提出构建基于低碳经济的金融体系的具体途径。

This paper briefly summarizes the concept of low carbon economy, origin. It points out that low carbon economy development depends on ＂low carbon technology＂ breakthrough, but more from ＂low carbon financial support. Compared with the traditional economy, more strict capital intensive requirement, technology innovation, interactive environment ,industrial cooperation between requirements and national policy support and so on the new requirements. Accordingly, it is proposed to construct the specific ways of the financial system based on a low-carbon economy.
