基于公共管理视角的自然保护区生态旅游开发主体研究

The Entities of Natural Reserve Ecotourism Development on the Perspective of Public Management

自然保护区生态旅游开发主体对保护区生态旅游的可持续发展起着重要作用。文章从公共管理视角,分析了自然保护区生态旅游开发主体的多元化。在不同的发展阶段,生态旅游开发的主体所处的地位与作用不同,而创新性地提出生态旅游开发主体变化的"1+X"模式,并以海子山自然保护区为例,进行了实例研究。

The entities of natural reserve ecotourism development play an important role in sustainable development. On the perspective of public management, this paper analyses the diversification of the entities of natural reserve ecotourism development. This paper holds that in different developing phases, the entities play different roles in protective development. So this paper proposes a new idea of the mode called ＂1＋X＂ which describes the changes of entities in protective development. Finally, the case studies on Haizishan natural reserve.
