摘要
分析了异构CAD系统协同设计中的主要方法,提出基于特征的操作命令转换方法.通过分析了目前大多数异构CAD系统协同设计采用的中性命令建模机制,提出了最小特征建模命令映射集合的构建方法.设计了一个异构CAD协同设计的原型系统,开发了基于Solid Works 2005和UGNX3.0的插件,实现二者之间的实时操作转换,并通过一个简单零件协同设计过程验证了方法的可行性.
This paper analyzes the methods in collaborative design with heterogeneous CAD systems, and proposes a new approach of operation transformation based on feature modeling. By analyzing the modeling mechanism of neutral command adopted in collaborative design system with heterogeneous CAD systems, a feature-based minimum mapping set is presented. Based on above approach, a prototype is developed to finish the operation transformation between SolidWorks 2005 and UG NX3.0 with a plug-in style. An example of collaborative design process of a simple product design is applied to verify the feasibility of the prototype.
