翅片管轧制工艺润滑剂性能特征与配方模式

FEATURE PROPERTIES AND PRESCRIPTION MODEL OF TECHNOLOGY LUBRICANT FOR FIN TUBE ROLLING

分析了翅片管轧制过程润滑剂性能特征，从减摩性、冷却性、稳定性等方面综合探讨了润滑剂配方模式，在此基础上，研制了一种轧片工艺润滑剂，该润滑剂各项性能达到了进口同类润滑剂性能水平，并已用于工业生产，替代了进口产品。

The feature properties of lubricant used for fin tube rolling was analysed. From the view of reducing friction, cooling and stability, the prescription model of lubricant for fin tube rolling was studied. Based on the study, a new kind of lubricant has been studied, its properties reached the same level as imported lubricant from U.S.A.
