CMAS工艺作为IC反应器后续处理工艺的研究

摘要 单独采用IC反应器处理生活污水时,出水水质不能达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级B标准,因此增加完全混合式活性污泥(CMAS)工艺作为IC反应器的后续处理工艺。结果表明,CMAS工艺对IC反应器的出水净化效果明显,当CMAS工艺的进水COD和氨氮分别为(85.00~514.62)、(9.08~63.17)mg/L,MLSS为2000mg/L时,出水COD<50mg/L、氨氮<5mg/L,稳定达到了GB18918—2002的一级A标准。 When the IC reactor is solely applied to treat domestic sewage, the effluent quality can not meet the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). Therefore, the completely mixed activated sludge (CMAS) process is added as the subsequent process of IC reactor. The results show that the CMAS process has significant purification effect on the effluent of IC reactor. When the influent COD, NH3 - N and MLSS are 85.00 to 514.62 mg/L, 9.08 to 63.17 mg/L and 2 000 rag/L, the effluent COD and NH3 - N are below 50 mg/L and 5 mg/L respectively, meeting the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002).
