摘要
焦化废水经A2/O工艺处理后,再采用混凝/沉淀/三维电极反应器/浸没式超滤/反渗透工艺进行深度处理。在进水COD为250~300mg/L、SS为100mg/L、电导率为3000~4500μS/cm的条件下,最终出水COD≤10mg/L、浊度≤0.5NTU、电导率≤300μS/cm,所有指标都达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923—2005)中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水水质要求,且处理费用≤3.45元/t,系统运行稳定,这为焦化废水的深度处理及回用提供了一种可靠、稳定、经济的解决方案。
The combined process of coagulation, sedimentation, three-dimensional electrode reactor, immersed UF and RO was adopted to treat coking wastewater after treatment with A^2/O process. When the influent COD, SS and conductivity are 250 to 300 mg/L, 100 mg/L and 3 000 to 4 500 μS/cm respectively, the final effluent COD, turbidity and conductivity are less than or equal to 10 mg/L,0.5 NTU and 300 μS/cm, and all the indexes reach the make-up water quality requirement for the open circulating cooling water system in the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -- Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923 -2005). The direct operation cost is less than or equal to 3.45 yuan/ton. The whole system operates stably. This combined process provides a reliable, stable and economical solution for coking wastewater advanced treatment and reuse.
