光催化/悬浮填料床预处理滆湖微污染原水

Combined Process of Photocatalysis and Suspended Packing Bed for Pretreatment of Micro-polluted Raw Water from Gehu Lake

摘要 采用纳米TiO2光催化/悬浮填料床组合工艺预处理滆湖微污染原水。在光催化反应阶段,通过正交试验得到最佳工况如下:填料填充率为40%、紫外灯功率为20W、光照时间为3h、pH值为5,在此最佳条件下,对CODMn和NH4+-N的去除率分别为11.38%和19.56%;再经后续的悬浮填料床处理后,对CODMn和NH4+-N的总去除率可分别达到35.67%和82.58%,表明该组合工艺作为滆湖微污染原水的预处理工艺是可行的。 The combined process of manometer TiO2 photoeatalysis and suspended packing bed (SPB) was used for pretreatment of micro-polluted raw water from Gehu Lake. In the photocatalysis stage, the optimal operation conditions obtained through the orthogonal experiments are as follows: suspended media packing ratio of 40%, illumination power of 20 W, illumination time of 3 h and pH of 5. Under these conditions, the removal rates of CODMn and NH4^+ -N are 11.38% and 19.56% respectively. After the subsequent treatment in SPB, the total removal rates of CODMn and NH4^+ - N are 35.67% and 82.58%. It is proved that it is feasible to pretreat micro-polluted raw water from Gehu Lake by the combined process.
