摘要
针对石油钻杆运移系统提升机构特殊的工作状况,提出了该机构的设计方案,通过对系统进行静力学分析和计算,在此基础上对提升机构进行了有限元分析,并根据分析结果对提升机构进行了优化设计,改进后的提升机构受力更加合理。
According to the special working conditions of hoisting mechanism of drilling pipe conveying system, the design scheme of the unit is proposed. Based on the static analyzing and calculating of the system, the finite element analysis is performed on the hoisting mechanism and the structure of the hoisting mechanism optimized and designed on the basis of the analysis results. The loading of the hoisting mechanism is more reasonable after improving.
