胎儿干细胞移植治愈妊娠期发病的母亲白血病1例
摘要
1病例报告患者，26岁，因孕39^＋1周，G1P0先兆临产，急性髓细胞白血病（M2）入院。查体：生命体征平稳，心肺未见异常，全身可见瘀斑、瘀点，肝脾肋下未触及。孕妇无头晕、眼花、无心慌、气促，近1月感全身皮肤瘙痒，双下肢轻度水肿。产科情况：宫高32cm，腹围96cm，先露头，胎心140／min，律齐。
