摘要
费率的反馈作用是构建工伤保险事故预防机制的重要组成部分。本文利用安全控制工程理论,对建立在风险评价基础上的工伤保险费率的反馈预警机制进行了研究,提出费率的反馈不仅在于其基本反馈——经济杠杆作用,而且可以对企业安全管理起到风险预警作用,并对风险预警反馈的实际应用和实现条件进行了探讨。
The feedback effect of rate is an important part of building the accident prevention mechanism of Occupational Injury Insurance based on risk evaluation.The feedback warning mechanism of the enterprise occupational injury insurance based on risk evaluation is studied by using the theory of safety control engineering,and this paper also put forward that the feedback effect of rate not only lies in basic feedback——economic leverage,but also has risk early warning on the enterprise safety management.At last,the practical function and realizing condition of the risk early warning feedback is discussed.
