摘要
从理论上分析了正常通风情况和停风情况下,掘进巷道瓦斯浓度的分布规律,为传感器的布置提供理论依据。利用灰色系统理论对传感器布点的浓度值进行预测,结合建立的一元线性回归方程,从瓦斯爆炸浓度下限出发,计算出一定置信区间下目标监测区域最高点浓度的取值范围,依此来确定甲烷传感器布置位置及报警浓度、断电浓度,从而确保目标监测位置范围内的瓦斯安全。
It theoretically analyses the distribution rule of methane concentration in the driving face in the case of ventilation and no ventilation,offers theoretical basis for the sensors placement.It resorts to the gray-system method to predict methane concentration at the place of sensor,combines the unary linear regression equation,calculates the objective monitor zone’s top concentration value range based on methane concentration.According to the monitor zone’s top concentration value range,we confirm sensors placement,alarm concentration and power failure concentration in order to ascertain methane safety at the place of monitor scope.
