摘要 低压透平油电液控制系统,有电液油动机和电液放大器两种方案,用于中小型汽轮机DEH改造的主导型控制系统,由和利时成功开发,已经广泛应用,并为广大用户所认可。在此基础上,和利时又成功开发了自容式电液执行器,分集成式和分体式两种,其性能达到高压抗燃油系统的水平,并具有节能、环保、简单可靠等特点,可适用于大、中、小型机组的DEH改造和新机配套,已有几十台机组的应用业绩。Xpac是美国REXA公司生产的电液执行器,属集成型自容式,其小规格产品用于中小机组的DEH改造,有一定的业绩,主要用作中间放大。本文对自容式电液执行器、低压透平油电液控制系统和Xpac电液执行器的特点和适用范围进行了对比。 Low pressure turbine oil electro-hydraulic control system including two types: electro-hydraulic servomotor and electro-hydraulic amplifier, is the leading control system used for small and medium turbine DEH reconstruction, which is developed by HollySys and widely applied with the approval by users. Based on this, HollySys also developed self-contained electro-hydraulic actuator successfully which consists of integrated type and split type. It has high pressure fire resistant fluid system level performance, and has energy-saving, environmental protection, simply and reliable features. It can be used for DEH reconstruction and new build of large, medium and small unit, and has been used on several tens of units. The Xpac is the electro-hydraulic actuator produced by American REXA Company, which belongs to the integrated and self-contained type. Its small-size product is mainly used for DEH reconstruction of small and medium unit. The Xpac has been applied on some units and is mainly used for interstage amplifier. This paper mainly introduces the features and application scopes of self-contained electro-hydraulic actuator, low pressure turbine oil electro-hydraulic control system and Xpac electro-hydraulic actuator.
