摘要 通过实验研究,确定了连续包覆型腔汇合室中金属流动分流线的几何形态,并在此基础上建立了塑变区的速度场。该速度场描述的金属流动状态与金属的实际流动相吻合。由此速度场给出了型腔的几何参数与金属流动均匀性之间的理论关系式,并以金属流速均匀为目标函数,确定了最佳型腔几何参数。 The geometries of the dividing line in the convergence chamber for continuous extrusion cladding are determined by experimental studies.Based on the results,the velocity field in the deformation zone is established.The flow pattern of the metal described by the velocity field coincides with that in the actual situation.From the velocity field,theoretical expressions relating to the geometric parameters of the convergence chamber and the homogeneity of the metal flow are put forward.The optimal geometric parameters of the convergence chamber which satisfy homogeneity of deformation are determined.It provides theoretical basis for the determination of the geometric parameters of the die chamber.
