摘要
在提出集成DNC概念的基础上,建立了4种不同规模和层次的基于集成DNC技术的车间运行模式。2层运行模式适合于只需对车间局部进行DNC控制的场合;3层运行模式适合于没有单元层设置,并且集成控制管理功能要求较高的车间;4层运行模式适合于有单元层设置的车间;跨车间运行模式具有与工厂层和Internet的信息通道,是一种面向21世纪的敏捷制造车间运行模式。本研究为我国机械制造车间实施集成DNC和选择适合的车间运行模式提供了理论基础。
On the basis of
integrated DNC concept present by the authors,four operation modes of integrated DNC work
shop are built. They have different scales and hierarchies. The operation mode of two
hierarchies includes workstation hierarchy and device hierarchy which is suited to the occasion
that only a part of the work shop needs to be controlled through DNC; The operation modes of
three hierarchies include shop hierarchy, workstation hierarchy and device hierarchy which are
suited to the shop without cell hierarchy,because it needs more functions of control and
management. The operation mode of four hierarchies are suited to the shop with cell hierarchy.
The cross-shop operation mode possesses communication function to factory network and
Internet. The cross-shop operation mode is one of the operation modes of agile manufacturing
shop and is oriented to 21 century. This paper provides the theoretical basis for implementing
integrated DNC in China and choosing suitable operation mode of the shop.
