建国以来女县长身份认同变迁透析--基于湖北省35个女县长的访谈分析

Analysis of Changes in the Identity of Female County Governors since the Founding of the People's Republic of China——Based on Interviews with 35 Female County Governors in Hubei

身份认同在很大程度上影响着一个人的社会行为和社会选择,因此,本文基于对湖北省35个女县长的访谈,梳理了建国以来女县长身份认同变迁的轨迹,试图穿越历史寻找女县长自我身份认同的性别特质。

Identity affects, in a large extent, a person＇s behavior and choices. Based on interviews with 35 female county governors in Hubei, this paper analyzes the changes in the identity of female county governors since the founding of the People＇s Republic, so as to recognize certain gender-based characteristics of this identity cross history.
