摘要
对物质表面粗糙度定性分析后，利用表面三维模式图对物质表面由光滑变粗糙的形变过程进行了观测，得出了几个重要结论。
Material surface roghening is qualitatively analyzed. process of plastic deformation of roughening of free of material surface is observed using a technique for creating a precise 3 D pattern of the surface,and discussion is presented.
