摘要
综述了光纤化学（生化）传感器的独特优点、工作原理、仪器结构及各类光纤化学传感器（ｐＨ、ＮＨ３、ＳＯ２、ＣＯ２、Ｏ２、各种阳离子、阴离子等）的现状和发展趋势。对光纤化学传感器的有关技术问题作了详细评述。
The unique characteristics of optical fiber sensors,the work principles of optical fiber sensors,the instrumental topics and some optical fiber sensors(such as pH,NH 3,SO 2,CO 2,O 2 and various positive or negative ions) are reviewed in this paper. The development tendency and some technical problems of optical fiber sensors are discussed in detail
