摘要
在分析了现有调度自动化系统应用现状的基础上,结合智能电网的发展趋势,设计了大型地区电网安全运行多层次综合决策支持系统的体系架构、功能框架和应用模式,研究了相关关键技术,阐述了系统的"嵌入式"实现模式及其应用情况。该系统首先按照电网运行状态的变化过程,将电网运行状态划为正常运行期、故障发生前的告警征兆期、故障发生后的诊断辨识期和故障恢复期等4个阶段,并针对不同阶段设计了相应决策子系统;然后根据研究目标电网结构的不同,将系统分为实时态、研究态、规划态和培训态4种应用模式,实现电网安全运行的多层次综合决策支持,以保障电网的安全稳定运行。
On the basis of analyzing application status of existing dispatching automation systems and combining with the development of intelligent power network, the architectural structure, functional framework and application modes of multi-level synthetical intelligent decision-making support system for secure operation of large-scale regional power network are designed; the related key techniques are researched, and the embedding mode-based implementation of the designed multi-level synthetical intelligent decision-making support system and its application are expounded. Firstly, according to the variation of operation condition of regional power network the designed system divides operation condition of power network into four periods, i.e., the period of normal operation, the period of warning sign before fault occurrence, the period of fault diagnosis and recognition after the occurrence of fault and the period of fault recovery and corresponding four decision-making subsystems for different periods are designed; then according to particular case of concrete objective regional power network the designed system is divided into four application modes respectively for real- time state, researching state, planning state and training state to implement multi-level synthetical decision-making support to ensure secure operation of large-scale regional power network.
