摘要
电子产品的普遍使用使得对电子设备的要求越来越高,根据某型数据采集调理设备电磁兼容性要求,针对设计中较难的几项指标,着重阐述了屏蔽、滤波、合理布线、屏蔽材料的使用,对关键部位的电磁兼容处理给出了详细的措施。对电磁兼容试验中出现的问题进行了分析,给出了较合理的解决方案,并顺利通过电磁兼容试验。
With the widely use of electronic devices,the demand for electromagnetic compatibility of electronic devices increase dramatically.Base on the requirement of data acquisition system’s electromagnetic compatibility,some indicators are difficult to meet;some application of shield,filtering,reasonable alignment and the using of electromagnetic material in product design are expounded.Introduce the electromagnetic compatibility measures and the use of electronic shielding on key parts in detail.Analyze the problems occur in electromagnetic compatibility test and put forward reasonable method,then get a nice result.
