摘要
为了预防离心式压缩机的固有特性喘振现象,要对压缩机进行状态监测,对其相关参数进行实时的数据采集与分析。面向工程与科学的MATLAB软件能够实现多参数采集和分析处理的功能。随着Simulink各种工具箱的推出,使得MATLAB在实时信号采集方面具有更多的实现方法,为压缩机状态监控提供了技术基础。本文阐述了基于MATLAB/Simulink/xPCTarget实时数据采集系统,构建了实验平台。实时数据采集的仿真结果表明,该平台对判断压缩机喘振现象具有一定的实用性。
In order to prevent the inherent characteristics of centrifugal compressor surge phenomenon,we must monitor the relevant parameters of compressor real-time data acquisition and analysis.MATLAB software for engineering and scientific enable to achieve multi-parameter acquisition,analysis and processing functions.With the development of powerful toolboxes,they enabled MATLAB to have the more realization method in the real-time signal acquisition aspect,and provide the technical foundation for the compressor condition monitoring.In this paper elaborate the real-time data acquisition system based on MATLAB/Simulink/xPCTarget,construct the tests platform.Real-time data acquisition simulation results show that the platform right to judge the phenomenon of compressor surge has a certain practicality.
