摘要
S3C44B0X为运动控制系统中的嵌入式处理器,通过利用一种非线性能量算法,对电机扭矩信号进行分析;从而及时检测出系统中发生的故障。首先设计了电流信号采集电路,给出了故障检测算法,以及滤波器参数的确定方法。最后通过以X-Y运动平台为对象,构建了实际故障监控系统,通过具体实验验证了该系统的实用性和有效性。
By using S3C44B0X embedded microprocessor and the nonlinear energy operation in the motion control system,various faults in the system can be detected by analyzing the motor’s torque information.The current signal measurement circuit is first designed,and then the fault detection algorithm and the way in which the filter’s parameters are determined are given.At last,a fault detection system is designed for the X-Y motion platform,its practicability and validity are proven by experiment.
