摘要 装备维修保障系统的效能评估是装备保障的一个重要问题,它涉及的因素很多,目前还没有统一的方法。本文通过对影响系统维修保障效能的各类因素进行分析,探索了一种可行的装备维修保障系统效能评估方法。首先对保障能力和保障效能的概念进行了区分,然后建立了装备维修保障系统的数学模型,针对现代战争中各类难以预知的作战任务,提出将战备完好性和资源利用率作为系统维修保障效能的评价指标并以此为基础建立了评估模型。最后以系统对某机群实施的保障任务为例,采用本文建立的装备维修保障系统及其效能评估模型进行了仿真验证。结果证明,利用该模型能够对不同的维修保障方案做出合理的评估。 Evaluation of equipment maintenance support effectiveness is an important problem of equipment support which relates to many factors and has no uniform method to use at present.The goal of this paper is to find a way to evaluate the equipment maintenance support effectiveness through the analysis on the factors related.Firstly the concepts of maintenance support capability and maintenance support effectiveness are differentiated,then the mathematics model of equipment maintenance support system are founded.Aimed at various unpredictable missions,the military equipment integrity and utilization rate of resources are presented as the evaluation criterion of equipment maintenance support effectiveness and the evaluation model are founded.Finally taking a support mission to a group of aircrafts as example,simulation is performed with the equipment maintenance support system model and maintenance support effectiveness evaluation model in this paper.The results prove the decision maker could make a reasonable appraisal of maintenance support scenario with the effectiveness evaluation model.
