摘要
主要介绍了UG软件在飞机螺旋桨叶片数控加工中的应用,并从三维建模,数控编程,加工工艺选择,模拟仿真和后置处理等方面做了分析。实际表明:UG是一个集CAD、CAE、CAM于一体的集成化计算机辅助设计系统,可以完成从概念设计、外观造型、详细设计、图纸生成、刀具路径生成、数控加工程序生成等整个产品的生产过程,实现真正意义上的无图纸化生产。
The application of UG software in numerical control processing about the blade of aeroplane,and the analysis for several facts of modeling,numerical control programming,selecting process craft,analog simulation and post processing was given.The practice shows UG is an integrated computer-aided design system that gather the CAD,CAE and CAM together,and can complete the whole manufact process of the product from the design of concept,modeling,detailed design,drawing building,tool path creating to numerical control program creating.Then we will realize the production with no paper authentically.
