In the financial crisis the credit and pay ment ability of importers generally declined.The superiority of Letter of Credit to exporters,safe receipt of payment for goods,becomes prominent.But no settlement can completely prevent fraud from happening.How to prevent letter credit fraud and exploit its advantages to the full has been a topic of concern for many enterprises and banks.This article describes some common credit fraud faced by China exporters and puts forward some effective measures to prevent credit fraud.
