摘要
从外包的视角,将企业边界分为规模边界和能力边界,探讨全球价值链外包网络中企业边界的变动情况,并提出三种战略调整,分别为并购战略、归核化战略和网络化成长战略。企业应从自身条件出发,选择匹配的战略以应对新环境下的竞争。
From the outsourcing perspective,the border is divided into size border and capacity border,the paper explore the transformation of firm border under the global value chain and outsourcing network and propose three kinds of strategic adjustment,namely,Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy,Refocusing strategy and Networking Growth Strategies.Enterprises should choose the matching strategies from their own terms to cope with the new environment of competition.
