我国宪法体制内利益表达机制的缺损及其危害

Defects of Expression Mechanism on Interest within the Constitutional Systerm and Its Damages in China

改革开放促使我国社会利益关系的多元化和表达方式的多样化,为人们表达利益诉求提供了动因、搭建了平台。然而,我国宪法体制内的利益表达机制并未做出相应的调整,体制内的利益表达渠道不畅,甚至已有的表达权也得不到保障,表达机制的这些缺损必然加剧不同利益群体之间的矛盾和冲突,诱发体制外的非理性表达,成为影响社会长治久安的不利因素。

After years reform and opening up, the interests of the community relations have undergone a fundamental change. People＇s ways and means of expression are becoming increasingly diversified. However, the expression mechanism on interests within the constitutional system does not adapt to these changes or make necessary adjustments, the expression channels on interests within the systerm are sluggish, the existing rights of expression are not protected and even restricted. The defect is bound to exacerbate conflicts between different interest groups, outside the system-induced expression of the irrational, to some extent become the negative factors affecting stability in our society.
