摘要 针对恶劣天气下降质图像灰度分布范围大,但实际占用的灰度级数目较少的特点,提出一种改进的GPHE算法,用于对原始图像HSV彩色模型中V分量进行处理,可以在保留有用细节的同时尽量拉伸高频灰度值区域。同时H分量保持不变,S分量进行线性拉伸。增强后的RGB图像进行白平衡,可以获得较好的颜色复原。实验表明该方法在对恶劣天气下降质图像处理时取得了较好的增强效果。 Aiming at wide gray-level distribution but limit gray levels of degraded images in adverse weather, an improved GPHE al-gorithm was presented to process V component of original image in HSV color model, which can both preserved image details and enhanced global contrast.While H component kept untreated,and S component was linear stretched.White balance was used to RGB image after enhancement to restore image colors.Experiments show that the method can obtain a good result for degraded images in adverse weather.
