摘要 温控系统中常用的PID控制,不仅参数整定复杂,而且难以实现高精度的控制。针对大多数温控系统具有惯性、滞后、时变和非线性的共性问题,利用单片机的计算优势,融合新颖的模糊控制理论,构成一种智能型的模糊自整定PID参数的温控系统。运用模糊控制规则根据控制误差和误差变化率,在线自动整定PID参数。实验研究表明,由此构成的温控系统其鲁棒性强,控制精度高,可推广到其它温控场合。应用结果表明模糊自整定PID控制器的控制效果明显优于常规PID控制器。 PID control is commonly used in temperature control system, but its parameter tuning is not only complex, but also difficult to achieve high-precision control effect.For the common problems of inertia, hysteresis, time-varying and nonlinear that most temperature control systems have, a type of intelligent temperature control system applying fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters is constituded, taking advantages of SCM calculation and integration of new fuzzy control theories.Using fuzzy control rules, it can autotune PID parameters online according to control error and error change rate.The experimental results show that this type of temperature system has strong robustness and high control precision , and it could be extended to other temperature control occasions.The application results show that the control effect of fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is better than that of conventional PID controllers.
