摘要
本设计主要是将DMA集成在ARM(Advanced RISC Machines)系统中,通过双层AHB总线互联,可以实现一条AHB总线到另一条AHB总线上外设之间的数据传输,读写在两条总线上同时进行,系统性能得到很大提高。采用VMT(Verification Modeling Technology)的验证环境,对DMA传输、寄存器、中断设置、FIFO、总线和通道仲裁、握手等验证点进行了验证,最后利用VCS工具对波形进行了比对分析。
DMA in the thesis is put into ARM system which uses double AHB bus.DMA in the system can promise periphral slave read and write simultaneously,which improve the system performance.Based on VMT we build the testbench,testcases are register, transfer,FIFO arbitration,channel and bus lock.Finally using VCS generate wave diagram,code coverage and funtion both prove correctly.
