摘要
本文针对井下电路高温作业的特点,选择DSP处理芯片TMS320F2812及EEPROM存储芯片AT28C010-15DM883,设计了一款井下压力及温度数据存储电路。文中详细叙述了重要芯片的选择及关键的电路软、硬件设计。
According to the high temperature operation of downhole circuits, this paper chose DSP chip of TMS320F2812 and EEP ROM memory chip of AT28C010-15DM883, designed a downhole storage circuit for pressure and temperature data.The selection important chips and the design for key circuits of software and hardware were described in detail in this paper.
