摘要
采用硬酯酸法合成了BaTiO3纳米晶材料(18~80nm),在0~1.5GPa的压力范围内考察了压力对材料性能尤其是对湿度敏感性能的影响,并用XRD。
Nanocrystalline material BaTiO3(1880nm) was synthesized by using the stearic acid gel method.The high pressure effect on the characteristics and the humidity sensitive properties of the material under nonaxial pressure of 01.5GPa was checked.XRD and IR were employed to characterize this effect.
