铜铬复合氧化物纳米粉的制备与表征 被引量:4

摘要 报道了自创铜氨络合物溶液沉淀法(简称络合法)制备铜铬复合氧化物纳米粉的方法,并采用化学分析、BET比表面积测定、XRD、XPS、SEM和TEM对该纳米粉进行了表征。结果表明,采用铜氨络合物溶液沉淀法制备的铜铬复合氧化物纳米粉的比表面积高达98.6m2/g;样品中仅有CuO和CuCrO2微晶,无尖晶石型的CuCr2O4晶粒;Cu只以Cu+和Cu2+状态存在,Cr只以Cr3+状态存在;样品的平均粒径为38~45nm,且表面形貌和分布均匀。 It was reported that copperchromium composite oxides nanometric powder was prepared using copperammonia complex solution precipitation(CACSP) method and characterized by chemical analysis(CA), BET, XRD, XPS, SEM and TEM techniques. The results demonstrated that the specific surface area of the samples prepared by CACSP method was 98.6m2/g. Only CuO and CuCrO2(copper chromite) microcrystallite phases were observed in Cu-Cr composite oxides nanometric powder, the spineltype CuCr2O4 microcrystalline phase was not found. Only Cu+ and Cu2+ as well as Cr3+ were present in the samples. The average diameter of nanopowder samples was between 38 and 45 nm, and the samples had uniform surface morphology and particle distribution, which were all confirmed that Cu-Cr composite oxides nanometric powder could be easily and conveniently prepared by means of this method.
