摘要
当前,为满足读者的需要,图书馆界已逐渐从"如何更多地拥有资源"向"如何更多地获取资源"转变,馆际互借也成为图书馆间进行资源共享的重要手段之一,同时一定程度上也反映出图书馆的服务质量。分析了目前我国馆际互借服务的现状及局限性,并从管理、技术、人员等方面探讨馆际互借服务的有效途径,以期提高馆际互借服务的质量。
Currently,for meeting the needs of readers,libraries have gradually converted from ＂How to own more resources＂ to ＂How to obtain more resources＂,the Interlibrary Loan（ILL） also becomes one of the important means of resource sharing among libraries.Meanwhile,it reflects the library＇s service quality on some degrees.This paper analyzed the current status and limitations of the ILL services in our country,and researched the effective ways about improving the ILL service quality from management,technique,personnel and so on.
