摘要
在采用有限元方法对自动扶梯金属结构进行计算的基础上,对使用角钢和方管为主要构件的两种结构进行了强度与刚度分析比较,寻求合理的结构形式和最优的性能价格比。计算结果表明,对于公共交通型和提升高度较高的普通型自动扶梯,宜选用强度、刚度和抗扭性较好的方管钢结构。
On the basis of using Finite Element Method to calculate the structures,analysis
and comparison in strength and stiffness are performed for two types of escalator steel
structures (square pipe steel and angle steel) to find reasonable and high cost effective
steel structure.Results show that the steel structure with square pipe steel is suitable for
high lifting escalator for public traffic due to its high strength and stiffness as well as
good anti torsion performance.
