浅谈新信息环境下的图书馆人力资源管理

Discussion on Library Human Resources Management under New Information Environment

图书馆要发展、要改变,要在新信息环境下有立足之地,人力资源的开发与管理在发展战略中必须得到重视。分析了人力资源与图书馆间的辩证关系,阐述了新图书馆员角色及现状与存在的问题,最后提出新环境下图书馆人力资源管理的新对策。

Libraries to develop,to change,to the new information environment,there is place,and human resources development and management in development strategies must be taken seriously.This paper analyzes the human resources and the dialectical relationship between libraries and expounded the new librarian roles and status and existing problems,finally put forward a new environment,the library of human resource management new countermeasures.
