主要研究了利用加强筋提高塑料注塑件刚度的措施。理论分析及实验研究的结果表明，加强筋的厚度对注塑件表面质量有很大影响；加强筋的高度和数量直接影响注塑件的刚度；加强筋的布置对注塑件的刚度也有重要影响。

Abstract The processes for increasing the rigidity of the molded plastic part with ribs were analyzed in this paper. The results of theoretical analises and experimental research show that the thickness of the ribs has a great effect on the quality of the molded plastic part. The height and number of the ribs have a direct effect on the rigidity of molded plastic part. The arrangement of the ribs has important effects on the rigidity of molded plastic part too.
