摘要
针对我国当前高速公路机电设施的运行和养护状况,为了科学客观评价系统的当前运行状况和有针对性促进养护工作开展,研究开发了机电设施养护检测管理综合评价系统。该系统基于定性指标和定量指标相结合,采用层次分析法与模糊数学理论相结合的综合评价方法,对机电设施的运行状况进行综合评价。介绍了系统总体需求、总体规划和体系结构、主要功能模块、数据库设计与系统实现、实验结果与分析。综合评价结果可以指导后期的养护工作,并为机电系统工程的局部改造提供辅助决策支持。
For the operation and maintaining situation of current highway electrical and mechanical facilities in China,in order to evaluate the current operation of the system scientifically and objectively,and promoting to carry out maintaining work,the synthetic evaluation system of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance testing is studied and developed.Based on combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators,it applied analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy mathematical theory to conduct comprehensive assessment of electrical and mechanical facilities operation.The main system requirements,overall planning and architecture,main function modules,database design,experimental results and analysis are introduced.The comprehensive evaluation results can guide the later maintaining work and gives decision support for the betterment of partial mechanical and electrical system.
